RETURN POLICY
Our return policy depends upon the status of item (Key license), activated key will not able to be returned and refunded.
Unactivated key license may be returned for an exchange, return, refund within 3 days from the day you received it. However, 10% restocking fees will apply.
Please ensure that the product key you're returning is unactivated.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds and cancellation under any circumstances.
No refund or cancellation on the past renewal payment once it’s been activated.
DELIVERY METHOD
All your purchase will be delivered VIA email(admin@mekrobotics.com).
TIME REQUIREMENTS
Time requirements refer to business days only, Monday to Friday, national holidays excluded, and in any case not during nor including the company annual leave period which will be communicated in good time on the website homepage.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once the payment is completed, an email with activation code will be sent by admin@mekrobotics.com within 2 business days. Please check your spam mailbox as well, it may be mis-labeled.
